This place was nice before but is much more comfortable since the renovations. Loved the provola e pepe special and Alwin's service was great!

Food was sensational and transported us to Italy with every bite. The flavours were inovative and incredible making for an amazing experience. The staff were lovely and very helpful, with someone always around to help. The atmosphere with chequed table clothes and mosaic tables create an atmosphere that simply screams Italy and upstairs feels as if you have been flown straight to the Mediterranean. Overall a delightful Italian experience!!

Definitely the best pizza place in Cambridge. The food is excellent. The venue is cool. Bathrooms are clean. The service is great with happy friendly staff.
There is only one fault and that is that they do not accept cash which for me is a real let down. However that being said it is not such an issue that we won't be back!
I'd definitely recommend this place for a meal

The cheese balls taste great, but a slightly larger portion would be even better. Both pizzas are delicious—the truffle pizza has a strong truffle flavor and is served nice and hot. However, the cheese pizza was already cold when it arrived, which might have affected the taste. It would probably be even better if it were served hotter!

Beautiful pizzas, great dips for the crusts and a buzzy atmosphere. Very popular by the time we left there was a queue around the corner for a table.

I had a really bad experience here i would not go again, I came out on my birthday for some food with family and the the service was really poor after ordering the food and drinks no one came to check up on us at all through the whole time we was there, the food came before the drinks and we had to ask again for pur drinks and two of the pizzas was under cooked which was really frustrating, also we went in the evening and the place was quite brightly lit up and didn't give an evening vibe at all the lights really need dimming down and on top of that they have gender neutral toilets which made my female guess feel VERY uncomfortable so I went to complain to the manager on that shift which turned out to be to be this young kid which I could tell didn't really have the experience and shouldn't of been in that position but any way I was a customer trying to complain about a situation and all he did was argue back, then started acting like a child and acting like I was insulting him and then threatened to call the police. Iv never been so shocked at the lack and poor customer service and how they deal with complaints, it was really poor of them to act this way and provide such a poor service when it's really just basic stuff. I will not be going back there and I will not be recommending pizza pilgrims at all to anyone. We left without paying.

We were seated within minutes of our arrival despite being 15 minutes early, there were more than enough options to choose from including vegan, veggie and allergy free options. Astin was an amazing server, had all the knowledge of the menu and was fast with his services, along with a warm welcoming aswell
